HSS arranged for a contractor to install our new hardwood floors. The installation was HORRIBLE! I contacted them by phone (to no avail) and in writing (12/21/09). On 1/4/10 I received a reply to my letter stating that we had had the "corrective repairs made by someone other than the original installation company (Mickler Wood Floors)which invalidates the CPP. In my letter I clearly write that I would NEVER have Mickler Wood Floors in my house again and would need to have the floors repaired--not that I had them repaired.
