We have signed up for Metro PCS unlimited call, text and internet service almost 8 months ago. The text message service is horrible. Some times it takes almost 25 minutes to reach a text message. It's causing lot of trouble for us. My wife could not reach me many times to pick her up because the call from her Metro PCS phone did not go through. I called the tech support and the guy mentioned he cannot do anything because it's coverage issue. I did a test and seems like Metro PCS has no contract with other carriers to use their service in an area where Metro PCS do not have coverage. read full review »
