You guys, FAX.COM was bought by EFAX.COM two years ago but I don't know why EFAX.COM would not set guidelines to regulate it. So, if you have any complaints, please ask EFAX.COM for help. I could never understand of why FAX.COM would only have a PO. Box address and they would not answer customers' calls if they want to stay in business.
