I contacted Mr. Byers by phone from his website ad in January 12, 2010 to have him make 2 custom flags for our company. He quoted a very fair price, requested payment up front and promised the order would be complete and shipped in approximately 2 weeks. We were not in an immediate hurry for the flags but I mentioned if we liked them we might be ordering more. He seemed very excited about doing the work.
