Paid off Loan with a check and never heard anything from them, after a week of inquires I was given a phone call from their HOME OFFICE and was told that they Lost my check. Also was accused of trying to get out of paying them . Asked when they would find my check, they could not tell me. But I was told that despite that, I needed to go ahead and settle the account. Told them that they had a deadline of getting this account/check accounted for. They did not like this and I was told that I was being unreasonable(do banks give their customers deadlines?!!)This bank is NOT Customer friendly do not bank with RBC if you move to the South! read full review »
