Since the day I opened my account at this bank I have had problems. Either with my balance being incorrect because money is missing, money I did not spend and that is not being shown as a I credit/debit/ATM or in bank withdrawl on my statements. When I ask them to investigate it they tell be that I will be charged $15 for every hour they spend doing an in-depth investigation !! When it's a mistake THEY are responsible for in the first place.
