I purchased Nero 7 a while back as a direct download form their site. I thought I was updating the program, when instead it tried to upgrade which entailed erasing my program. I sent the company emails requesting another download. I provided them with my license code. They tried to give me the earlier edition (I don't even think it would work with Vista anyhow) I sent other emails telling them what I had originally purchased and what OS I had. No one has answered again. Their phone support is to laugh at. They close early or do not answer... read full review »
