A & E Factory service is terrible. They have charged me $192 to fix an icemaker and then not fixed and now will not show up to fix it. They had scheduled an appointment for 1-5 pm yesterday and cancelled. They rebooked another appointment for today and have cancelled. I've talked to no less than 10 people at their company in customer service and apparently they are not empowered or frankly don't care.
