I have concerns about the management of the LA Fitness facility located on Montgomery Rd. in Altamonte Springs, FL. I do not feel I am getting the services that I am paying for. Today, I attended the 9:00 am Aqua Fit class only to find out that there was no instructor. Yesterday, Fri. May 14th, I attended the 11:00 am Senior Fit class only to discover that there was no microphone for the instructor to use.
