I just read a similar complaint as mine. Citi has charged me 480.00 to hold rates and now makeing me jump thru hoops ever since . I have great credit, that is not the problem. I started remodeling the kitchen, now they want me to finish the prodject before I get the loan never telling me this would be a problem. They are asking me about things about the house that happened before I even bought the house. It may be worth it to lose the 480.00 and go somewere else. They win! read full review »
