On 2/26/10 I ordered the free scroll and paid shipping and handling. Since then, I have phoned numerous times, e-mailed to no avail. They did respond one time and told me they had dropped the ball, had my order and it should be there in 7 days. Nothing. I have telephoned many times since their initial response, and nothing.
