So I have overdraft protection set up such that if I overdraft on my checking account it automatically takes money from my BOA credit card. When an overdraft occurs, not only do they take service charges on both the checking account and the credit card account, take interest on the amount transferred from the credit card as a cash advance, but get this, the service charge on the card is NOT flat, it's 3 or 4% (the account person Marcus and the supervisor Shaunda couldn't seem to be consistent on the issue). What a serious rip off. I'll be seriously considering moving all my business to another bank. read full review »
