This is another one of many timeshare resale SCAM asking for an upfront fee. These slick talkers will do anything to get your credit card and then will do nothing to get your timeshare sold. They say there is a buyer but there isn't. If you do give them your credit card they will give you any one of a million reasons why the buyer backed out or why there is a delay.
