I noticed a $20 charge on my AT&T phone bill that was unfamiliar and found out that this was an unauthorized charge through PaymentOne and another website www.webecommerce.com... totally fraudulant and I have no idea how these guys/gals get away with this kind of scamming!! I agree that this is a waste of innocent people's time and money trying to get these charges wiped off our records.
