My mother ordered the state coin bears back in June of 2009. She received 30 of them a month later, then 4 more 1 month after that. She has never received the other 17 bears, plus the George Washington silver dollar coin bear that was suppose to be included. Limited Treasures charged her over $400.00 on her credit card. She is 71 years old, and is so upset over not getting her bears that I'm concerned for her health. How can a company rip off a little old lady like this and feel no remorse?
