Hi, I just wanted to follow up to the complaint I left yesterday re: My Ever Brite Smile Collections letter. I called the phone number above this morning at 11:30AM and waited on hold for 35 minutes. Finally a Rep answered and he had an answer for everything. No matter what I said regarding the whole collections for a product that I never received rigamarole. {Plus, I forgot to mention yesterday, when I spoke to someone way back in February, I asked for my shipping and handling fee to be refunded. I am writing as are the other people who have been scammed by "My Ever Brite Smile". I tried a FREE TRIAL after I had paid double what was advertised for the Shipping/Handling Fee. When I called the #, I was told by the Rep that there was no such offer, even though it was right in front of me on the computer screen. Right then I should have known, but alas I was naive. So I paid the double S/H Fee and never received the product. I called them and told them so, and requested that they cancel my '14 Day FREE(?) Trial'... read full review »
