On May 15 I visited store number 404 Puente Hills, CA I attempted to make an exchange without a receipt but was not allowed. The person in charge refused to do it because she said the items were full priced, ALL THAT I WANTED TO DO WAS EXCHANGE THEM FOR THE RIGHT SIZES. When I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager, then I asked for the store manager name and she said she was the store manager- Jessica.
