I would like to thank the Complaints Board for being instrumental in resolving my plumbing problem. My concerns and problems were heard. I was contacted by John, the owner of Mr. Rooter and we have settled my dispute regarding the services and work ethics of his technicians. John said that they value their clients and reputation so he took care of my complaint. Thanks too to Liz of the Contractors’ Board.
