I recently took my dog into the hospital for dental cleaning and tooth removal. I dropped my dog off at 7:00 in the morning. I hadn't heard anything from the hospital, so around 3:00 I gave them a call. I was told that they hadn't even seen her yet. I get a call around 5 or 6 and am told that I could pick her up at 10:00. What was the purpose of getting my dog there at 7:00 if they were going to leave her in a cage all day. Maybe they could have just told me to drop her off at 3:00.
