Cancelled after Free Trial but charged my Credit card anyway. When contacted they persuaded me to extend the trial period and upon cancellation of the new trial period, I was told they have problem with the Merchant (Green Tea) and no credit will be issued and to pursue it with my credit card company which I did; but then this company submitted a rebuttal.
