I have had my net ten phone since Sept. '07. I have been very happy with my phone. My daughter and I have same style phone and live next to each other. We both were having same problem with phone. After spending total of five hours with THEIR customer service, being transferred three times and having to give same info each time. we were no closer to having problem solved.
