They charged my AMEX $1600 in August for champagne -- and gave me a dishonest run-around for months (we'll ship it when the weather gets cooler in Septmeber, oops -- your shipment was coming from overseas and will be included in the next shipment in October, oops - it wasn't in the October shipment but will definitely be in the November shipment, OK, we'll give you your money back if that's what you want (BUT THEY NEVER DID!!!).
