PNC is now playing a new game. I used to have home line of credit with National City bank wich call for prime minus 1.0 % . When the prime was 5% percent or higher. I am paying on time every time my loanfor the past 4 years. NOw National city is bought ny PNC. and PNC is not happy with the deal I had with National city. They keep harrassing me about changing the loan to higher interest rate. since my interest is only 2.75%. They claim that they don't offer this product anymore.
