There is a company called Celebrity White which I believe is legitimate. It sends an (almost) free sample and if you don't cancel you receive a monthly supply of teeth whitener which is billed automatically to your credit card. I believe this bogus company, EverBrite, piggy-backs on the legitimate company. They offer a sample which they claim is supposed to work with the Celebrity product, however their sample never arrives.
