I see that there are quite a few complaints against IDC. Don't worry about them. We have +/-2500 locations, and here's how we handle them. Our retail locations are not authorized to purchase anything that is not on a national contract. If by chance they do get suckered in, I call IDC and tell them to issue a call tag (IDC pays the return freight) to have the product picked up, because they are not an authorized vendor.
