I have taken comcast internet connection using comcastspecial.com website. At the time of taking service I was offered 19.99 promotional offer for first 6 months, but when the service was installed comcast started charging 57.95 per month. Now it's been almost 4 months i have been following up with customer service at comcastspecial.com. They finally told me that the promotional offer is not available in that particular area.
