I signed up for a 2 year under arm hair removal service for about 900 back in September. The next day I lost my job and decided I had to cut some things because very soon money would be tight. I called that day and cancelled my services and they said I would receive a refund in 8-10 weeks. It is now 2-6-09 so about 5 months and I have still not receive any refund. Chase medical who I financed through calls me at least 3 times a day and I call American Laser daily with horrible customer service and then I get transfered to 10 different people... read full review »
