I have been trying to cancel a subscription for 6 months! The magazines stopped but they keep billing me. I have talked to countless people, faxed the information they requested and have been promised monthly that it has been taken care of. Right now I'm waiting for a call-back that was to take place last Thursday. Now I'm going to have to take it up with the credit card company. Beware of ordering promotional magazines for fundraisers or airmiles, at least that is the excuse Reader's Digest is using for the 6 month delay. their customer service leaves a lot to be desired! read full review »
