Our air conditioner stopped working Mother's Day - May 9, 2010. Called Sears immediately. Got a service repair date of May 15, 2010 (6 days later) between 10:00am and 2:00pm. Saturday, May 15 @ 1:20pm a service repair person called and said he was not coming because of the rain. I do admit to the rain but at that time it was barely a drizzle at my house.
