I have been a customer to state farm at this location since 2003. I had never filed a claim since. Until near the end of 2009 I'm in need of a new roof. Call the agent, she come by, look at it, and said will send her guy over to give me an estimate of how much I can get state farm to help me out with the cost. 8 months later nothing happen. No one has ever showed up…my request of address change never got change.
