Purchased mattresses and within 2 months they sunk 2" in the middle. A rep came to my house and said they were bad and the company replaced them. The next set did the same thing! This time I had to do everything myself to prove they were bad. I sent paperwork and photos. Twice they said it was because the bed did not have proper support under it. Third time, I sent more paperwork and photos proving the bed did have proper support.
