I purchased the premium package from them today, and never received my confirmation email. I got worried, and tried to send them a request for the confirmation via their online help form. This form does not work. It kept giving me an error message that says I did not enter my email address, even though I did. I gave up on that and tried calling them on the phone number posted on the website, as well at the whois listing. THE PHONE NUMBER IS NOT VALID!!! I have been scammed out of $129.95.
