I used this company a few years ago and spent $2, 000 on roman shades. From the very beginning they were badly made, and the cords seemed too weak to pull the shades up and down. I had them come out and replace the string cords with metal instead, but despite this within less a few months things started to go wrong with them, curtains wrinkling up, because they had not been made correctly to start with.
