We purchased a bedroom set and a living room set (couches and tables). The living room set took 3 deliveries to get right because the pieces came in damaged each time. The living room tables were okay but the drawers had to be fixed by their repair guys and the TV console was good. The couch, love seat and chair and ottoman were an entire different story. After about 5 deliveries (I lost count) of damaged furniture, we asked for a reselect. We spent more money and ordered a different set.
