If you currently use or are thinking about using A Bit of Help (www.abitofhelp.com) cleaning services I strongly urge you to reconsider! This company employes cleaners without making the necessary background checks; does not return keys; frequently loses keys; damages expensive clothes and refuses compensation; tells lies to protect cleaners; provides shoddy cleaning services; and employees cleaners who steal cash. They have recently taken on a full time employee to deal with complaints and focus on customer service. Suggests I'm not the only one to have issues with this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
