Saks fifth avenue is the worst department store i have ever been to. They hire the most rudest and dumbest employers. It is mind boogling how this store is still in business. I hope they go bankrupt because they treat their customers like crap. Who the heck is in charge of hiring these morons? The economy is tough but they need to stop picking up idiots off the street to work for their company--paying them min wage. This whole company is ridiculous ! so unsatisfied with their customer service and their inability to solve customers problem! I HAD heard alot of complaints about this store. read full review »
