Warranty Direct is a total rip-off. They failed to cover the expense that they approved when I brought my 04 Ford F-150 in to repair my rear differential. First my service manager called the claims dept. and talked with a Mr. Gonzalez who approved a total tear down of my differential. When completed the SM called again and talked to Joe Chee in claims. He said they wanted to send an inspector to ensure the rear end was not abused by me.
