I called to ask about the late fee on my bill. I have automatic bill pay, so there should never be a late fee -- unless they changed due dates without notifying me. I called "customer service." When the guy refused to reverse the late fee, I asked to speak to a manager. I got a voice mail system. I called back and got another rep. Told him I got a voice mail. He said it was their policy to send callers to a voice mail system if they asked for a supervisor. This is intentional business misconduct, and they're seemingly proud of this "system." read full review »
