I ordered my razor phone in Febuary. After many e-mails and excuses, I finally got it in April. No books, no paper work just the phone. It was a present. The phone would dial out but the display screen stayed black. I contactrd the company, they said because it had been more than 3 days I could not return it. I asked about the warranty I purchased they gave me a phone number. Of course I had to leave a message. This is a company that gives all internet based companie a black eye.
