Last month I took receipt of one of the Montel Williams Healthmaster appliances... the unit was OBVIOUSLY used! Imagine paying over $200 for a product to find scratches all over it and a sticky substance on the inside of it. I called customer service the very next day to request a shipping label... my initial intention was to return for hopefully a new replacement.
