We submitted 4 separate applications with the $1, 595 filing fee, which had to be in the form of a money order to "expedite" the process. All four properties are located in Las Vegas, Nevada. This was in October 2009. To date, we are told that 0% of performing loans that have submitted applications have had ANY forward movement. Guardian has no procedure in place to negotiate performing loans. They are "looking" for other programs or ways. What???
