I am not a complainer but they brought it out in me. I recently became a customer on 12/28/09. I have have had multiple issues. Don't let that "who do I have the pleasure of speaking with" bs fool you. The customer service is horrible and the information from the supervisors down is inconsistent. The offer $100 gift card and $100 referral fee, now I see why. I wanted to terminate service now they want to mention the $470 for early termination.
