I was at CVS shopping picking up percriptions went to the counter to check out and the manager was checking me out. After I finished got my bags and turned around to walk, My foot went into a shopping basket of which there were three of them right in the line of walking out the door, not placed in the rack where they belonged...I slipped...tumbled several times ended up clear around the counter with the manager...with my foot clearly mangled inside this basket still.
