I am reading the complaints that I have found and am shocked that there are so many and all are similar. I too had a CareCredit card for some dental work that I had done and set it up for a monthly automatic payment out of my checking account. GE never ever told me that they had variable payment dates, so unbeknownst to me they were charging me a late charge of $29.99 a month and then zapped me with a huge finance charge of $361.
