I am very upset over the lack of decent customer service! I received my "Free Trial" 2 days AFTER the trial period was over. When I call the customer service line - I have NEVER gotten an answer, I have left several messages and am assured I will get a return call back. NO ONE has EVER called - and I have yet to make contact with someone. read full review »
