I ordered a garage door opener from SEARS.COM on May5, 2010. Today is May 17th and was told that Sears delivered my garage door opener to Sears store in Jackson, TN via UPS. I have been on phone with sears.com 3 times now and was told on Wednesday May12th that door opener would arrive at my father in laws home on Monday the 17th of May. As you can see it got delivered to their store instead. The gentleman at Sears.com took off shipping charge of $17.50 account of inconvenience to customer on Wednesday the 12th.
