I was a ProActiv club member, but I would find success in the product, but I would need to stop using it after a few months, then restart. I was shipped a product that I didn't need, so I called to cancel my membership and ship the product back. However, I still received bills. I called and spoke to someone in customer service. She gave me conflicting dates on when calls were made versus when product was returned. The way she explained it to me, as long as I CALLED within 60 days to cancel, I was fine.
