In 2007 I purchased a D7460 HP printer. Before the warranty expired it stopped working. At the urging of HP technicians I purchased an extended warranty. They then sent a reconditioned HP D7460 printer. Two weeks ago, May 3, the ink pump stopped functioning. They have stopped manufacturing the D7460 and said they would send a reconditioned "upgrade" which turned out to be an HP8000. This was not an upgrade since it only printed 8 1/2 paper, had no ports for my digital memory cards and did not have a separate place for 4 x 6 pictures. I... read full review »
