yesterday, May 17th at 6:04 p.m., wanted answer from JustAnswer for a simple question. Agreed to $14 on credit card; was told it would take 15 minutes or less. Had other work to attend to and lowered the icon; forgot the program was running til early a.m. May 18th - 1:56 a.m., and finally canceled JustAnswer, receiving no answer to my question.
