To Airtel, This is Vishal Rampuria, from Jaipur. I purchased a new airtel prepaid connection on 30th April from a retailer as Bees dukan, adarsh Nagar. My sim card was activated by retailer and given to me but it stop working in a day, message was displayed "Sim card registration failed" when i went to retailer then he called the back office of airtell suppliers, who supply sim to him, they told that this may be some sim problem and they suggested him to issue me new sim.
